Expeditionary Learning
At AXL Academy, learning extends far beyond the classroom. Our Expeditionary Learning model connects academic standards to real world experiences, helping students understand not only what they are learning, but why it matters.

Scholar Experience

AXL Academy's curriculum is aligned with the Colorado Academic Standards and brought to life through Expeditionary Learning. Students engage in interdisciplinary learning experiences that connect multiple subjects through hands on projects and real world applications. This approach helps students build a deep understanding of academic concepts while developing the critical thinking and problem solving skills they need for future success.
Student learning is supported through ongoing classroom assessments and Colorado state assessments to ensure every student is making meaningful academic progress.
